如果您直接從官方網站 (www.yourlisse.com )訂購,且並不滿意我們的產品,我們提供7 天內不滿意直接退貨的服務。
退貨的流程請直接連絡客服信箱 info.tw@yourlisse.com ,會有專人協助您退貨,當我們收到退貨時我們會逐一檢查退貨產品是否有損傷導致無法重新販售,如果有檢查到不符合重新販售的狀況,會試狀況判定是否全額退款,所以請小心使用保持物件的完整性。退款的部份,扣除運費費後我們將會通知您並進行後續匯款
提供一年保固服務
Lisse 提供非人為因素造成損毀的一年完整保固服務,若為出廠瑕疵或是正常使用造成的損害我們提供免費換貨或是整新維修的服務,另外請保存當初購買資料,方便客服人員驗證購買記錄,提醒保固範圍並不涵蓋因為運送所造成的損傷,寄回時請小心妥善包裝。
運輸問題
Our warranty does not include coverage for the loss of or damage during the shipping process. If you noticed the damage before accepting the package, please refuse delivery, if you already received the package and noticed the damage after, in both cases contact Customer Service immediately at info.tw@yourlisse.com, a photograph of the package will be highly appreciated.

There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to Lisse, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Under no circumstances shall Lisse be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this warranty, breach of contract or strict liability. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
